Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

No Long-Term Contracts

ATD subscriptions are billed month-to-month. There are no annual commitments or early termination fees.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Self-service: Click "Manage Subscription" on the Billing page in your dashboard
Email: Send a cancellation request to info@americantransdata.com

What Happens When You Cancel

Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period
You retain full access to your dashboard and compliance data until the period ends
No further charges will be made after the current period
Compliance monitoring and notifications stop at the end of the billing period

Refund Policy

Current billing period: We do not prorate or refund the current month's charges
Billing errors: If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days for a full correction
Service issues: If the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period, contact us to discuss a credit or refund

Founding Customer Cancellation

Founding customers who cancel lose their locked founding rates. If you resubscribe later, standard rates will apply (subject to availability of founding slots at that time).

Data After Cancellation

We retain your account and compliance data for 12 months after cancellation for your reference. You may request a data export or earlier deletion by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
